Hi. Just wanted to let you know that Bash has come a long way and done amazingly well so far with the other dogs. A dog lunged at him and he did not react. He came and sat and listened to me. We are so proud of him. Thank you for all your help. Hope you had a great holiday. See you on monday, looking forward to what we are going to learn next.

Why not visit Otay Ranch Town Center for cat and dog portraits with Santa Claus?

Pet owners and their furry, four-legged friends are invited to capture a holiday-hugging photograph with Old St. Nick. Customers can treat their fuzzy companion to complimentary pet treats. Costumes and props will be provided for the photo sessions.

Third Annual Gaslamp Holiday Pet Parade Sunday December 12th, 2010

Are you and your dog ready for the upcoming 3rd annual Gaslamp Holiday Pet Parade?  San Diego dogs and their owners are invited to dress up your dogs, and yourself, in costume and strutt your mutt through San Diego’s Gaslamp quarter.  The parade starts and finishes at Hilton Park at the corner of 4th Ave. and K St., and will proceed down 5th Ave.

The Parade begins promptly at 3PM.  Along with the parade, there will also be costume and talent contests!  Pets of every kind are welcomed!  For a parade entry form click here.

Dog Photos with Santa and Holiday Boutique at in Escondido Humane Society

Santa himself will be making a special visit to the Escondido Humane Society to bring good tidings and holiday cheer to animals in need at Pet Photos with Santa and Holiday Boutique. Whether naughty or nice, all pets can meet Santa and have their photo taken with him. For a $10 donation to EHS, you will receive a keepsake 4×6 photo; for an additional $10 you can get a CD with the digital files, just in time to create holiday cards with the entire family. Those who don’t have pets but still want to bring joy to homeless animals can stop by the Holiday Boutique and bake sale, where gifts for dogs and cats and homemade presents for people and pets will be available.

Pet Photos with Santa and Holiday Boutique is from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 4 at EHS, 3450 E. Valley Parkway.

Appointments can be made by calling (760) 888-2235, but walk-in (and wag-ins!) are welcome.
